Energy Healing & Spiritual Guidance

As a young, sensitive child, I could feel, see, hear, taste, smell & sense more than the average person- including the amount of suffering in the world. Even my dreams have always been vivid & sometimes prophetic. It weighed heavily on my heart & soul until I found ways to manage energy. The only time I felt completely at ease was when I was in nature, with animals or around crystals. It became my dream to help, to create/hold space for people to feel peace & joy. Today I do just that, for myself & others, daily.

After years of interesting spiritual experiences & struggling with anxiety & depression, I began diving deeper into my studies of the paranormal, metaphysical & mystical. I started exploring, doing Tarot readings & meditating as a teenager. This lead to a deeper understanding of the human experience.

I had my second near-death experience, one that would completely change the course of my life & open new doors of deep soul searching… Thus began my intensive studies, certification courses & receiving Reiki treatments. I received an even deeper understanding & appreciation of true Oneness, energy flow, the human bodies & evolution of the Soul.

After giving birth to my first son at 23, I became attuned to Usui, Holy Fire & later Violet Flame Reiki. This is when I began practicing on myself, friends & family. It was at this point that my psychic abilities were strengthened enough to start giving readings without the use of cards.

After working a variety of 2 (sometimes 3) part-time jobs at a time, to help support my family of 3 sons & husband, I was feeling a shift happen. It was time to take the leap into a more professional career of my choice. I began working under an experienced Life Coach at a local Healing Center, where I grew & met so many amazing people.

With years of experience, I felt it was time to finally step out in my own & fulfill my dreams of creating a sacred space, where my clients could enjoy the benefits of holistic services.

The name “Inner Light“ appeared in deep meditation as I set the intentions for a business. The image of a Lotus accompanied it, as I understood my path.

Officially established in 2022, I began renting a single room in a local studio with self care professionals. It quickly became clear that my vision was much larger. Within months, the larger space up front was open. So the painting, rearranging & building started...

The big picture here is for the commUNITY to have somewhere & someone to go to when they’re in need of peace & joy. The methods have evolved through the years. I have poured my heart & soul into this space!
